Food Recipes, Spaghetti

Spaghetti


INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2- 2 lbs ground pork
5-7 cloves garlic (minced)
1 medium onion (minced/chopped)
20 pcs hotdog (sliced diagonally)
32 oz spaghetti sauce ( I use Hunts brand- Four Cheese)
1 small can tomato paste
3 small bottles of banana ketchup (I use UFC tamis anghang banana ketchup) 
1 small can liver spread
1 tbsp Fish Sauce 
3 tbsp cooking oil 
4 tbsp sugar
salt & pepper to taste 
grated cheddar cheese 

HOW TO COOK SPAGHETTI SAUCE:
Heat the cooking oil in a wok and saute garlic and onion.
Add the ground pork and continue cooking until the meat turns light.
Add the fish sauce then add the hotdogs. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce, liver spread, ketchup and sugar.
Cook on medium heat while stirring occasionally for 15 minutes or until the sauce gets thick.
Season with salt & pepper.
Serve with spaghetti noodles (see package directions in cooking the spaghetti noodles).
Top with grated cheese. Enjoy!
