1. Right click nyo yung Desktop > Select New > Click Shortcut

2. Type:

%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks

And click next

3. Then, lagyan po natin ng name ang shortcut na ginawa natin rename nyo nalang sya, example. 

Speed Mainten then

4. Click Finish

Just open the shortcut everytime na bumabagal ang processing speed ng PC nyo.
