Instruction bellow
Step 1.
first goto: My computer then click
tools then Folder option
click view then on the
advance settings
Click Show hidden files and folder

Step 2.
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
open Cache folder then delete all file on Cache folder
delete Favicons file

after you delete all cache file and favicons close Google chrome
then open again. done you cleared all thanks for reading my simple tutorial :)
